As our first key demand gen hire, you'll act as a player/coach to develop and execute growth strategies to drive pipeline that converts into loyal customers. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work closely with other teams to implement effective strategies that achieve significant results.

Qualifications
  • Experienced Leader: Holds a Bachelor's degree and 5 years in SaaS Marketing with a history of leading successful B2B SaaS teams.
  • Market and Technical Savvy: Deeply understands IT buyers and adeptly translates technical specs into customer value propositions.
  • Strategic and Execution Excellence: Skilled in blending strategy with execution, ensuring vision and results are efficiently met. This is a player<>coach role.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Naturally builds trust and fosters teamwork across functional teams.
  • Adaptive Learner and Decision-Maker: Embraces a learning mindset, prioritizes effectively, and adapts to market dynamics.

Duties and Responsibilities

Player (hands-on with planning and campaign execution)

  • Create and execute Go-To-Market GTM programs on a deep and consistent basis.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, PPC, SEO, and
  • content marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness.
  • Leverage internal expertise and agency resources to execute for scale and profitability.
  • Deliver effective campaigns leveraging our positioning & messaging. Ensure regular &
  • insightful feedback to improve overall outreach.
  • Consistently bring new ways and ideas to develop a steady flow of net-new pipeline.
  • Leverage content to drive growth in all key customer journey milestones.

Coach (strategic oversight, budget management, ensuring scale and profitability)

  • Develop an accurate & responsible way to track budget on a daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis, establishing Marketing as a revenue center.
  • Work with Product, Sales, Mktg & others to efficiently deliver key growth metrics.
  • Serve as an execution partner to launch new product to market. Provide ideas, execution &
  • data to improve future launches.
  • Regularly identify processes and tasks that could be automated or enhanced with GenAi
  • technologies. Additionally, leverage GenAi to aid in scale and performance to drive more
  • pipeline creation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with
  • company goals and targets key market segments.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to streamline campaign execution and measure
  • performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for
  • growth and differentiation.
